Please use the form below to submit a report regarding a hotel or van service. Your reports can be either positive or negative. Please be as specific as possible so that every effort can be made to address your concerns with the company. Every crew member must submit their own report as each report is considered and incident and we must show a pattern of issues to get them addressed effectively. Please refer to your C.I.L. for the contract company that handles your accommodations. Hotel issues will no longer be addressed by the Continental Airlines Operational Performance Department.
