ExpressJet Update
Tentative Agreement Rejected
To All ExpressJet
Flight Attendants:
The IAM/ExpressJet
Tentative Agreement was rejected by the majority of the
membership who also voted for strike action.
Today, the IAM invoked
the services of the National Mediation Board in accordance
with the Railway Labor Act in an effort to resolve this
dispute.
We will continue to
advise you of future developments as they occur.
