New Imposed Delta Flight Attendant Provisions

Delta Flight Attendants are non-union, they have no vote.  These cuts are arbitrary and are being imposed without the consent of the Flight Attendant group.

Eliminated. All FAs will receive a yearly bank of 27.5 PPT (Personal Paid Time) hours to be used for illness, injury or personal time.

Changed. Certified time banks will no longer accrue time but become fixed career bank.

Short-Term Disability

Changed. FAs will now purchase Short-Term Disability which pays up to 60% of earnings tax- free.

Changed. Delta will now pay cost of Long-Term Disability for all FAs at 50% of earnings. FA may purchase additional coverage up to 60% of earnings.

Vacation

Future vacation time accrual will be capped at 4 weeks. FAs who currently have or are accruing 5 weeks will retain this level of accrual.

$50 NRSA activation charge per primary PPR each employment anniversary (one charge per employee/retiree/etc. – not one for each member with a PPR number)
