From our President,
Sisters and brothers, we are all experiencing
history....This merger is very difficult to all of us. We must stand
united and allow nothing to divide the rank in file.
Dead head:
Dead head ...I feel we have been given a direct order by the company.
Our
recourse at this time is that if your pairing show time is 1 hour prior,
report as
directed and notify me so that I can file a grievance.
Pay:
Pay issues continue and all are uniquely different.
Over payment issues for flight attendants flying less than 80 hours
every
month will be set up with a 20 hour auto pay.
Scheduling:
I continue to deal with scheduling issues everyday. Right now our
biggest problem is scheduling's
wrong interpretation of the contract. Please call them with your
contract in hand and page
number. If you do not have one handy, there is a Pdf of it on our
website.
Remember, to take the name, time, and number you called from. All calls
to scheduling are
recorded.
Announcements:
Please start learning the new announcements in our FAM. We have new
announcements and we will be held responsible for all violations.
Remember, the Emb 135 announcements are different from the Emb 145
announcements. No one is permitted to use the Emb 145 announcement cd on
the Emb 135.
You should have received the EAP flyer this week in your V-file. Please
reach out
to these sisters who are dedicated to assisting you should you need
anything.
